The location was great just a few steps away from the main square, and the breakfast offered a beautiful view of the city. One morning, we had a small mix-up with seating but the staff handled it really well, quickly finding a spot for us at a shared table with another family we ended up chatting with.

The best part was the location! So close to Taksim Square, I loved exploring the area. However, the room was quite cramped and could’ve been cleaner. 😕

to take a front room because of the noise. The back room is quiet and spacious. plus, the staff is really nice. Mr Smile was particularly helpful and welcoming, making our stay more enjoyable.

Despite the excellent location and friendly staff, the centrally controlled AC made our room uncomfortably warm during our stay, and early housekeeping cut-off left us waiting for fresh towels.

The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. rooms often felt neglected, and I noticed dust and debris in corners. The surrounding area can feel slightly sketchy, which might make you extra cautious about your belongings, especially near nightfall.
